A farmers market, deli, and ice cream shop rolled into one. Not worth a special trip for the food alone — but if you ever need watermelon, pickles, and a hoagie in the same stop, this is the place.

The Equinox, Manchester VT: A Grand Old Ghost Charging $600 a Night

Billy’s Chowder House — Wells, Maine
A packed parking lot promised a seafood revelation. What we got was a great chowder, a fine lobster plate, and a lobster roll that landed somewhere around “why didn’t I get the chowder instead.”
